HIV/AIDS Awareness, Prevention & Care
We are dedicated to ending the stigma and stopping the spread of HIV through community-led action.
Sensitization & Testing: We conduct grassroots awareness campaigns to provide accurate information and offer free, confidential HIV testing and counselling.
Ongoing Support: We bridge the gap between diagnosis and treatment, ensuring those affected are connected to the care and resources they need to lead healthy lives.
Maternal, Newborn & Child Health
No woman should risk her life to give life. We advocate for and facilitate safe motherhood and healthy childhoods.
Antenatal & Postnatal Care: Supporting access to prenatal screenings and skilled birth attendants to ensure safe deliveries.
Immunization & Wellness: Facilitating child immunization programs and nutrition monitoring to give every child a healthy start.
Sexual & Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR)
We empower women and adolescents with the knowledge to make informed decisions about their bodies and their futures.
Family Planning & Education: Providing comprehensive education on family planning and the prevention of STDs.
Menstrual Equity: Breaking taboos around menstruation by providing menstrual hygiene management (MHM) education and resources for school-aged girls.
Community Outreach & Mobile Clinics
For many rural families, the nearest hospital is miles away. We bring the hospital to them.
Mobile Medical Units: Our outreach teams provide primary health screenings and basic medical care directly in remote villages.
Referral Pathways: Establishing strong networks to ensure that patients with critical needs are safely transported and admitted to specialized facilities.
Mental Health & Psychosocial Support (MHPSS)
